By using any part of this site — including the booking form, the Ops Readiness Assessment, or the paid report — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Free assessment
The Ops Readiness Assessment and the summary results (score and category breakdown) are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free assessment at any time without notice.
Paid full report
The full Ops Readiness Report is a one-time digital purchase priced at $29 USD. Upon successful payment via Stripe your report is unlocked immediately and permanently accessible via your unique results link.
The report contains general recommendations based on your assessment answers. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice. Results are specific to the information you provided and may not reflect changes in your business after submission.
Refund policy
Because the full report is a digital product delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds as a matter of course.
If you believe there is a genuine error in your report — such as your answers not being reflected correctly — email us at kieran@trade-automate.com within 7 days of purchase and we will review your case. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Service booking form
The booking form is provided as a tool for trade businesses to receive service requests from their customers. Trade Automate is not party to any agreement between the business and its customers and accepts no liability for the outcome of any job booked through the form.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information through any form on this site
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
- Use the site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
- Resell or redistribute the paid report without our written permission
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Automate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the paid report. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Minnesota.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
